Our season starts on the second week of March each year and finishes on the last day of the third week of November each year. Please note that the theme park will be securely locked outside of the season, and it is constantly monitored with motion sensors & CCTV Cameras to prevent trespassing on park property.
You can call or email us at any time outside of the season, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please do not contact the police if you have lost property, as they are not permitted to enter our theme parks outside of the season, unless a serious crime is occuring. Instead, you should email us and we will escort you into the park at a suitable time to find and return your lost items.
